Welcome to the R&B Facilities Management Help DeskIn order to streamline your facilities management support requests, and better to serve you, we now use a help desk ticket system for all scheduled and reactive maintenance services. Using this system, every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
To raise a work order, all service requests must now be routed through this support system, with the unique identifier being automatically generated. This allows us to centrally record and prioritise your request. For this reason, only support requests logged through this system can be actioned. In extreme circumstances, a ticket can be raised on your behalf should you not have internet access.
For your reference, and general auditing purposes, we retain complete archives and history of all your support requests.
You are required to be pre-registered on the system by R&B Building Services to submit work requests and view tickets. Please 'Sign In' at the top right corner using the details provided to you.
